FHA vs Conventional Loan
Hello all,
I am looking to get into my first house hack within the next couple months. All my research has led me to believe an FHA loan would be the best option. Upon talking to a lender, they informed me that I could get a 3% conventional loan. Are the requirements for having to live in the property for a year the same? And does the 3% conventional work on both single-family and muti-family properties? Let me know, thank you!!!
