Sister and Brother in Law Buying brand new construction???
Hey all, I am seeking some guidance for my older sister. Her and her husband are looking to be first time home buyers but they are planning on buying a brand new unbuilt home in Vacaville Ca. I am very excited for them, however as first time home buyers and only being in their 30's I feel as though they have a chance to make a smarter financial decision by buying something older and outting a little work into it to build equity. I have watched them struggle financially in the past and just want them to make the best decision to set their family up for the future. I just need some more education on the pros and cons of buying brand new vs buying used and fixing it up. Please help!
Thank you all in advance.
