Advice & Resources for Analyzing 203k Opportunities Marietta
Hello everyone,
I'm looking to find a distressed small multi in the Marietta area and use an FHA/203k loan to finance and ultimately BRRRR. ~$300k+
1. Shooting my shot here: I'm looking to pay an investor or contractor with rehab experience to assist me in properly filtering and evaluating/walking potential BRRRR opportunities. Would anyone be interested in filling this role?
2. I'm curious if the OTP West (Marietta, Kennesaw, Austell) is a good market in general for small multi's. I really only see duplexes for the most part, but I've always lived in this area, so for me, this would be a good market to investigate. I'm not turned off from inside the perimeter as I've lived/worked in various parts, but for me, the further south I go, the more uncomfortable I get.
3. Does anyone have 203k experience who can share advice my lender probably won't know to tell me about the process?
Thanks in advance for any feedback/questions!
