How can i get a mortgage without 2 years of job

Hi guys

I have the money to put down for a mortgage, the only thing is that I don’t have 2 years of job because im not in the us for 2 years.

Is there a solution for that?

You can look into asset based lender, or sometimes referred to as DSCR lenders who provide mortgages underwritten by the properties income vs. your income.
