Hello everyone! Nice to meet everyone here and be about of this group! I am a first time home buyer looking to make a rental out of this first house in the Phoenix area. I’ve been pre approved for a loan, if there is anyone that can provide some advice or information , could you let me know it would be highly appreciated , thank you !
