Investor Experienced Real Estate Agent Recommendations in Calgary
Looking to invest in small multifamily ~5-10 units in YYC - Does anybody have any Commercial Realtor recommendations?
Thanks in advance!

Can I ask why 5-10 units and why Calgary? Edmonton has rents only slightly lower and prices are at least 20% less than Calgary. You also get much better economies of scale if you buy 15+ units. The fees to go commercial generally aren't worth it on these smaller buildings unless you hit a home run.
