taxation for canadian residence investing in the usa..

can anyone give insight into whether they invest as a c corp, s corp, LLC , or individual as a canadian resident investing in the usa? im trying to avoid double taxation, but also collect profits... im a usa citizen and canadian dual national

Look into the following book : owning u.s property the Canadian way by David a altro.

I read it before buying in NY in my personal name, I'm ''only'' a Canadian citizen but the book was of great help!
