Noob Requesting Guidance
HI. I am new to investing (actually new to buying houses). I live in Winnipeg. I want to buy, rent for a year or so and then sell with profit.
I am too scared to invest in a house and then find it has plumbing, roofing or foundation issue? So how to detect these even before buying?
And how to evaluate and know it is a good deal? What are the matrix to look for to know it is a good deal?
Thank you.
