Anyone looked into deals in Kirkland lake or Timmins, Ontario

Hello everyone, 
has anyone following the markets of Krikland Lake or Timmins, or owns properties there. Hows the investing looks like there, hurdles in managing etc. 

  recently I can see there are lots of listing in Timmins, and realtors are comparing prices there with GTA. but looks like the prices are high as per Timmins standard. But I am not an expert in that area.
