Hi! I was wondering, theoretically, if you get a deal in the United States and you're in Canada, do you get an attorney in Canada who specializes in Assignments since Title Companies in Canada are unfamiliar with wholesaling. Or do you get in contact with a title company in the United States that is wholesale friendly?
