I host a meetup the fourth Monday of every month in Nanaimo and through zoom. 
It's through meetup.com under Nanaimo real estate investors group.
We have about 350 members and have done some great deals within the group. Lots of great people and knowledge. 

It's a great group for people just starting to learn about investing and a great place to network with people doing lots of deals.
