Looking to connect with people in the Maritimes

Hello everyone! I’ve been aggressively saving up and educating myself over the past 1 1/2 years by listening to podcasts, watching YouTube videos and reading a few suggested books in the forum. I’ve also been running numbers on properties and trying to get into the habit of knowing what a good deal looks like.

I’m looking to take the next step and talk with other investors in this area, and searching for good realtors, brokers and banks to deal with specifically in the Moncton, Saint John and Bathurst areas as I find they always have good numbers. I know there’s some areas in Saint John specifically that are well known for not being the “nicest” areas to live.

Saint John is great but supply is low and prices are high right now. Happy to share which areas are "good areas" if that's of value. Cheers
