Hi everyone, my name is Brandon Keough and I work with the KC Real Estate Group here in St. John's, Newfoundland under the Brokerage 3% Realty. I just wanted to make a post to see if there is anyone on here from Newfoundland, I'd love to hear all about the investing going on here in our province. I am a real estate agent but I've been looking into investing in real estate myself, and try to implement the BRRRR strategy here within our local market.
