Hi everyone, my name is Brandon Keough and I work with the KC Real Estate Group here in St. John's, Newfoundland under the Brokerage 3% Realty. I just wanted to make a post to see if there is anyone on here from Newfoundland, I'd love to hear all about the investing going on here in our province. I am a real estate agent but I've been looking into investing in real estate myself, and try to implement the BRRRR strategy here within our local market. If there are any like minded people out there investing in St. John's please post below. Im trying to learn as much as I can about investing here in Newfoundland and any insight would be much appreciated! And if theres any way I can help you, I'd be glad to. Thanks, and happy investing!
