Hello BP! 

I’m Al, a rookie in the Toronto area. 

My proven strengths are operational efficiency and process integrations. While new in the world of real estate, I plan on emulating proven models of success (BRRR, house hack, etc). I am adaptable and driven to learn, I always aim for Andromeda (I.e. sidewalk labs withdrawal from the waterfront plan got me thinking there would be a great opportunity for me)

I’ve bought two personal residences in my time, selling one for a profit in the peak of 2017. In December 2019 I decided I was going to buy my first investment property in 90 days. With new business partner in toe, today we have our first rental property purchased!

I lost my job shortly after putting the property under contract and am now looking to branch out and really dive into learning more about property management, raising capital and building a quality portfolio of properties.

Hoping to meet some new people who feel there is always opportunity in real estate and want to discuss today’s market or just to chat and network with some like minded people.
