Tips on dealing with wholesalers

Mike Singh
Posted

Background : I'm looking to get a property where I can implement the BRRR strategy , due to the current prices I feel like my best bet would be to get a property from a wholesaler . I understand that I have to do my own due diligence and research before buying , but most of the wholesalers that I see present the business case for the property (ARV , cost to renovate , potential rent , comparable property etc) .

Question : Do you have any tips on how to deal with wholesalers ?
