City Data for Canada is a good source for all sorts of demographic info (although a bit dated): http://www.city-data.com/canada/

And of course, there's Canada's census: https://www.bac-lac.gc.ca/eng/census/Pages/census.aspx and this site, which is basically government stats: https://www150.statcan.gc.ca/t1/tbl1/en/tv.action?pid=3410012701
