Shane Lundrigan
Posted

Hello every BiggerPockets members,

I have a quick question, I am 22 years old from Canada Ontario. I really want to get into the real estate business. The only problem I have is getting the capital cost to put a down payment and some repairs into a home or income property. So my question is, how would i find investor to help me out?. I am willing to manage the proper for a piece of the equity.

Thank you every much
