Hey fellow Calgarians,

I’m in negotiations for my first duplex rental and I’m not planning on managing it myself. I’ve been looking through google at various property management companies and I’m just curious if any investors in Calgary have any recommendations or reviews on management companies that they or someone they know have dealt with.
