Hey fellow Calgarians,

I’m in negotiations for my first duplex rental and I’m not planning on managing it myself. I’ve been looking through google at various property management companies and I’m just curious if any investors in Calgary have any recommendations or reviews on management companies that they or someone they know have dealt with. (Good or bad) thanks a lot, hope to hear back!!

Hey guys, I’m considering withdrawing the equity from my current home for a down payment and purchasing a duplex or fourplex, renting out my current house and moving in to one of the units of the duplex/fourplex. My question is by doing this and making my primary residence one of the units am I required to pay 20% or 5% down? Thanks.
