Hi guys, Roy here. I am a real estate rookie investor in Toronto. I just wonder how do you guys find motivated seller or FSBO type of seller (no offense to real estate agent). I knew wholesalers definItely have ways to find them and have no problem working wIth them. But for the purpose of my own research, I google online, a website called forsalebyowner.ca pops up. I wonder if anyone has any experIences wIth It. Thanks!
