Advice on where to Invest in the GTA

Hey BP Team,

I am looking to make my 3rd real estate purchase and am having analysis paralysis on where and what to buy. What i do know is i want to invest into a buy and hold, and rent out to hopefully create additional positive passive income. I have roughly $100k for a down payment.

Hey @Nick Pastore where are your current properties? There's opportunity in most markets, but it's definitely getting tighter and tighter. 

A lot of people are find value in Niagara, St Catherines / Welland area. I'm still working in Hamilton but the opportunities are tougher and tougher to find.
