Anyone investing in Manitoba?

Hi there,

I have a property in Dauphin Manitoba, under contract, that I am looking to assign the contract & complete my first wholesale real estate deal! Great fixer up opportunity or to start generating cash flow as it is currently vacant. Would love to hear your thoughts on any things to look out for as someone who hasn't invested in this province before, as well best course of action to find a buyer.
