Commercial Multi-Family Mentorship in Canada

Hi Folks,

I'm new to BP and am a 32 yr old aspiring investor located in British Columbia. I am looking for my first commercial real estate deal in Alberta or Saskatchewan, as these markets are more within my reach. I currently own a condo apartment unit and househack it by renting out another room on Airbnb.

I'm looking to be mentored/coached by someone who knows the process of commercial real estate purchases in BC, AB or SK and owns commercial/multi-family real estate (5+ units) and/or has currently done master lease options.

Any recommendations for a good real estate lawyer and real estate agent in these markets would be beneficial too. Looking forward to connecting.

You got to talk to @Jordan Perry. He is the expert at financing multi family units and can guide you what is a good buy or not.
