New Member From Nova Scotia!

Hello everyone,

I am a new member. I recently came across Bigger Pockets as I was searching for wholesealing real estate information on google. I currently live in Nova Scotia but from what I’ve seen online, it seemed possible to wholesale in the U.S. even while living in canada. So that’s what I’ve been attempting so far. (Haven’t closed any deals yet).

I also see a few people say it’s hard to wholesale in canada because of a lot of restrictions. But now I would like to attempt to try it where I live in canada and see if it’s possible. Does anyone know if it’s possible to wholesale real estate in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia?
