Any recommendations for an agent in Edmonton?

I have spent the last few weeks gathering info and have decided I want to zero in on the edmonton market. 

I am interested in a duplex to start, buy and hold, cash flow. Dont want a big rehab project, but wouldn't mind putting some work in if the numbers make sense. No interest in condos or townhomes. 

Can anyone recommend a good investor focused agent, even better if they invest themselves.

I have seen some of your other threads. Congratulations on taking action and looking for a realtor. Unfortunately I can’t really help you in that front, but I have formed a good relationship with a mortgage broker that I would recommend, let me know if you are interested. And good work!
