Move from Ontario to somewhere out east Canada

Hey!

Hope everyone is doing well.

I was just seeking any kind of advice for our potential move out east (currently reside in Ontario).  We are looking to sell our place this year in March-April and look for a place out east in the late spring or early summer (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, maybe PEI).

The plan as far as real estate goes, would be to buy a place in cash and do a live in flip. Once competed, buy another fixer upper and either flip or rent it out (not sure yet, or what makes more sense). And repeat if it goes well.

That’s the simple version of our plan. Just seeking any location suggestions (ideally closer to the water) and anything to be aware of there (that may be different from Ontario). Honestly, any helpful criticism or tips are appreciated.

Thanks!

Hopefully this is the right spot for this message.
