Hi Everyone,

New to the site. I currently own 1 rental property and looking to expand but don't know if now is a good time since this home appreciation is a little crazy at the moment. I am interested in Barrie, Innisfil or the Bradford area. Would like to connect with people who are familiar with these areas.
