Property management in Dubuque Iowa

I’m looking for a assistant property manager in Dubuque Iowa. Someone who is interested in managing a couple of duplexes and using the systems that I already have in place and interested in learning the business and getting some experience. This is a part time gig. Basically, working with me to fill the units, screen tenants, coordinate with contractors and other repair or service technicians and be my boots on the ground so to speak.
