Rent out two condo hotel units

I bought two units at W Fort Lauderdale condo hotel and I need some one with experience to operate both units.  Actually I am running them with the hotel because I I just bought them but I need an independent operator.

Can you guys give me some advise or recommendations? Many thanks in advance.
