Horrible communication and poor maintenance issues

I am a tenant in one of the homes that Autumn is over they don't return calls, I've put in maintenance requests with no response. I'm currently on my 2nd day with no hot water.....no return calls.....no maintenance man....nothing!!! I'm pissed off and feel like they don't give 2 f*cks about myself or my family!!! We need hot water to wash our bodies!!! 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿🤬😡😤
