Property Management Software
Hi everyone,
Looking for suggestions of a property management software that works for both mobile home parks and self storage. If it also works for small multifamily properties that would be great, but mainly looking for the commercial side of things. Currently will have under 50 units but looking to expand in the future.
Thanks in advance,
Joe

I use Innago and it has worked great for us. I know it would work for mobile home parks and self storage. There's really not a limit on the type of rentals you can have on there, at least not that I'm aware of. Good luck in your search, and remember that the most important thing is finding what works best for how you do things. Test driving your options is key before making a decision!
