How often do you increase rents
When you have good tenants who stay in your properties for 2-3 years plus, do you increase their rent or keep it the same? If you do increase it, how often do you change it? Not a single one of my tenants have missed a payment during Covid and I feel like I should leave it alone. The only reason this has come up is because I am updating their leases before I move and trying to decide if I should bump it or not.
