Hi everyone, 

How do you prevent fraudulent charges by a property management company? And find ones that are reliable?

Also, how do you find a title & escrow company that is reliable?

My understand of the title & escrow process is that after the purchase agreement is signed a third party holds the money and documents until certain terms are met, this seems quite important so finding a good company for this should be a priority.
