Housekeeping and turnovers of STRs/ Airbnb

I am located in a rural area of TN and I have found a lack of professional cleaning companies in the area who could handle the turnovers of STRs. I checked with other hosts in the area on Airbnb and most of them had the same response... "I clean my rental myself". Is it really this hard to find a reliable cleaning crew? I mean I can go on Facebook and find an employee, but when Suzy calls out sick my unit won't get cleaned. There has to be a better way. I looked on Turnoverbnb but I don't know if I like the idea of waiting for a random person to bid on my project? I am damn near ready to start a cleaning company now! Seriously, who has this figured out?
