Property managers Statesville NC

Hello,

I am currently looking for a 3 bed 2 bath single family home that I can purchase with my VA home loan in the Statesville area. Preferably 1,200 plus in sq ft.

I’d have to move into this property and would rent out the current house I’m living in. I’m hoping someone in my area have any recommendations on a good property manager? Or list of a few, I’ve tried googling and searching online but not sure if not many show because it’s a smaller town or there just aren’t that many.

Not sure how far from a property a property manager usually works.

I’m very new and currently still learning but any leads would help in the Statesville (hour north of Charlotte) would help.

Thank you,

Jim Marin
