Property management company and 1099’s
Just got a property management company to get me renters and collect my rents. But she sent me a 1099 for the amount she paid me.
The property management company kept the tenants security deposit and 1/2 the first month’s rent. Then she gave me a 1099 for the half of the rent I got. Is that correct?
