Property Management Software for Halfway/Recovery House

Hello, I am looking if anyone has any experience or insights on a good property management software for a halfway/recovery house. I have three of them with 15 beds in each and its getting difficult tracking everything by hand. Anyone know of any cheap software that could handle a fair amount of volume?
