Help with property managers in Atlanta Suburb (Gwinnett County)

Hi Everyone,

We’ll be closing our first investment purchase this week and looking for help with property managers.

Property details:

- Single Family House located in Braselton, GA

- Current market rents for similar houses $2000 +/- 100

- Move in ready by the end of Feb first week. Few minor things like changing light fixtures and locks.

Appreciate any help with the following:

1) Please refer any good property managers in the area.

2) Is one month rent as leasing fee and 8% mgmt fee common?

3) Any websites to find PMs, especially with user reviews. I was looking in Yelp and Zillow, and found those sites not very useful.

We look forward to build a team and a small portfolio in and around Atlanta if no major hiccups with this first property. Any general suggestions regarding buying and managing the properties from out of state are welcome too. Thanks in advance for your time and help.

Atlanta has so many great managers.  Go to the NARPM website and use the search tool.   You will have more than you can count.
