Tenant want me to share cost for pool heater propane refill

My house has a propane pool heater. Tenants wants to refill and got a quote for $500 to refill the tank. $300 for gas and $200 for inspection. They want me to pay $200 claiming it is part maintenance. Isn't every time the gas company refill the tank they have to do inspection for leak?

@Carl Gayed the propane companies I work with have done an inspection the first time they saw a new system. I honestly don’t recall if it cost anything, but sticking with the same company is probably a good idea.

I’m sure they do a cursory inspection with every filling, but I doubt they charge for that.
