Alternative to Cozy Property Management software

Hello,

I was going to sign up for a Cozy landlord account, but they are no longer creating new accounts and send them to apartments.com. The landlord account there is missing most of the features of Cozy. Does anyone have any recommendation for a small number of units and property management software? Specifically with payments, screening, and maintenance request integration.
