Looking For On Call Handy Man
HI! I am a pretty novice investor with only 2 deals under my belt, however I’ve already realized that the handyman portion of managing properties is not for me. Does anyone have a process for finding a reliable handy man to be on-call for small things that break like a leaky sink. Possibly paying a monthly retainer plus per job, or is it better to find professionals as problems arise?
