Multi State Property Management Companies

Hi, so I own three SFR rentals in different states and am using Property Frameworks for management. I'm just looking for some input on this company through anyone's experience with them. Mine so far has been okay, but as I expand I want to know if large multi-state property management companies are a good way to go, or is better to find a locally owned and operated property management company?
