Property Inspection Photos needed

Hi, I manage my own properties as I only have a few and have had bad experiences with Property Managers. However I need someone to do a visual inspection now and again to check on things before I extend the lease, or even do a move in/move out inspection and I can do the rest remotely. Really just need someone to go take photos.  Any suggestions on who to use for visual inspections? SLC, Bend Oregon and Raleigh, NC. Thanks
