Property Management Software
Does anyone know of straight software instead of a monthly/ annual service with a fee for a commercial real estate firm with less than 150 tenants? Quickbooks is too general although we have been using it for years. We would like something that can compute CAM and taxes, etc. I know of Dotloop, Appfolio, Yardi...Please advise. If you do have something you like that is monthly charge, please tell me that as well. Thanks so much.

Unfortunately, I do not think there is another software that handles CAM better than Yardi. Yardi Voyager 7s especially.

Hi Elyse,
I agree with Simon I don't think it gets better than Yardi. However the truth is the best software is the one you know how to use the best. I've been using Buildium since I started working in PM and I know it like the back of my hand. They also have amazing customer service which makes the monthly payment model worth it for me.
