Two tennants, only one pays

Hey everybody,

So here’s my problem. I have two tenants on one lease, but only one of them is paying. I’m in Virginia Beach Virginia. Does anybody know if I can kick one person out, the one who’s not paying, or do I have to kick both of them out?
