Automate Screening Tenants Software
Hey everyone,
Im fairly new to the real estate game, and I'm currently exploring tools to streamline my tenant screening process for a property I have listed for rent. Has anyone come across software that gets lead information automatically from your email inbox and saves it to a database for future use? Also, it would be great if it contacted the prospective tenants or leads through text and email and then pre-qualifies them using a questionnaire I could set up to ask questions about income, credit, etc. Once leads are pre-qualified, they can then make an appointment based on my schedule through some online calendar. I currently have to do this process manually, and it’s a pain to have to ask these questions over and over again so I’d rather have it automated.
I heard follow up boss has something similar, but they don’t have a questionnaire or appointment scheduling.
If you've had any positive experiences or recommendations in this realm, I'd greatly appreciate your insights.
Thanks in advance!
