Vacant rental property broken into and major appliances stolen
I recently got news that my first and only rental property was broken into while we've been trying to fill it, and the fridge, stove, washer & dryer were stolen. We're filing a police report, and I was wondering due to the burglary being major appliances, should I get my insurance involved or just cover the replacements out of my rental earnings? Thanks for the advice!
