Best bank to hold security deposit

I'm a first-time landlord with just a single rental property. I'm looking for where to open a segregated account to store my new tenant's security deposit.

- NY State based (AFAIK this is a legal requirement)

- Easy to open savings accout

- Reasonable interest

- Branch near Park Slope, Brooklyn

Any recommendations of banks or other criteria I should consider?
