Is it fair to charge one month rental on Multifamily units?

Hi All-

I am looking to rent out my recently rehabbed 6 unit building, and potentially a few more SF rentals. I know that PM's tend to chare 1 month rental for standalone SF rentals. But what about on 6 unit building? I am struggling to see that if you were to give a PM 10 properties to rent, and they keep one month's rent and of course their management fee (this one is proposing 10%).
