PM Company Startup- Software

Were beginning the process to create a property management company- with 150-200 doors out of the gate. We also will be considering acquisition of an existing company with systems in place.

Curious as to the software systems out there for portfolios of this size, with room for expansion. We have experience with Apartments.com, Buildium, Appfolio, and RentManager, but these all seem to be for the smaller portfolios.

Any insight or experience would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

 Awesome, Thanks for the info!

You bet. I also highly recommend joining National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) where you can take classes and network with some real professionals. I learned more in my first year with them than I had in the previous five years!
